The Champagne Agrapart Pinot Avenay 2019 is a Brut nature, classified Premier Cru. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, this 2019 vintage comes from Champ Saint Bernard, where the old Avenay Val d'Or vines are located mid-slope with southeast exposure. The soil, deep and clayey before reaching the chalk, gives this Champagne a unique terroir.

The parcel-based vinification is carried out in demi-muids, with indigenous alcoholic fermentation and full malolactic fermentation. Bottled without fining or filtration, this Champagne is directly corked and stapled. Aging on laths lasts between 60 and 72 months, followed by manual riddling and manual disgorging 60 days before release.

This Brut nature has a natural dosage, with SO2 levels below 50 mg/L. Beautiful length, texture and balance in this rare and elegant cuvée.
