Partida Creus CL Clarete is made from Garnacha Tinta and Garnacha Blanca grapes grown on clay-limestone soils in Catalonia's Baix Penedès region near Bonastre. This traditional Spanish clarete-style wine undergoes hand-harvesting with field selection. Red and white grapes are pressed together without complete destemming, then ferment spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. No added sulfur, filtration, or clarification before bottling.
Pale ruby hue with aromas of wild strawberry, sour cherry, and citrus peel with Mediterranean herbs and mineral notes. Juicy, light and fresh on the palate, with refreshing acidity and a saline finish.
