2022 marks just the second vintage from this exciting young label, run by Angela Quiblier and Hugo Foizel in the small Beaujolais Cru of Chénas. The two met while working together at Domaine des Jeunes Pousses in Beaujolais.

Bob is a blend of two different vintages of Gamay from a small site with shallow and poor soils in Moulin-à-Vent. Farming is certified organic. The grapes are hand harvested and the whole bunches undergo a semi-carbonic maceration of 8-10 days. The wines are blended together and aged in stainless steel. Minimal sulfur is added only at the bottling stage, and they are unfined and unfiltered. The wines possess a refined maturity and structure while still maintaining energy and brightness.
