Organic/biodynamic farming. Fruit is gently pressed, followed by a short maceration, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts, finished in pressure tanks. Very low sulfur.

Soft fizz, raspberry and strawberry, moderate acidity, plush texture, with a creamy mouthfeel and a slightly smoky/flinty finish. Only 10.5% ABV.
