Judith Beck, a staunch advocate for biodynamic winegrowing, crafts her Beck Ink cuvée from a blend of Zweigelt (80%) and St. Laurent. For this wine, she chooses the most forward and expressive batches from the Zweigelt and St. Laurent harvest. Judith picks all of the fruit by hand and sorts the grapes in the vineyard and at the winery before de-stemming. Fermentation occurs spontaneously in stainless steel tanks. The young wines are then racked off their skins and moved into neutral acacia wood casks for two months where the wines complete their malolactic fermentations. They are then transferred to neutral casks for 8-10 months of aging before being blended and bottled.

Fresh and juicy with aromas and flavors of bright red cherries, and a touch of spice. Chill and crush.
