The organically farmed Las Cimas Vineyard, located on the western edge of the Russian River Valley at 800 ft. elevation. It features northeast facing vines rooted in Franciscan soils rich in quartz and schist, and is heavily influenced by the fog and cool pacific winds.
This is 100% Aligoté. Whole-cluster pressed to concrete eggs and puncheons for fermentation and aging. Fresh and vibrant, with aromas of white flowers, pear, and Meyer lemon. Lively acidity and a delicate salinity on the palate, with a distinctively mineral finish.
