Château de Béru has been around since the 12th century & in the family for 400 years. Fruit comes from vines which sit just outside the prolific Tonnerre AOC, with maturation in old barriques for ten months. After a conversion to organic viticulture, the domain now also works biodynamically. 

Grown on limestone and clay soils at 250 meters above sea level, this Aligoté is flinty, mineral-driven and fresh, with a beautiful roundedness from the 12- 18 months aging in Burgundy oak barrels.
