Brooks Winery makes distinctive Pinot Noirs, Rieslings, and other white wines from across the Willamette Valley. Founder Jimi Brooks was endlessly fascinated by the Willamette Valley terroir. A Portland native, he spent a decade in Europe before moving back to Oregon in the ‘90s and devoting his life to holistic farming. Jimi became an early proponent of organic and biodynamic viticulture, and, with the goal of spotlighting the region’s potential for complex, expressive Pinot and Riesling, produced his first vintage in 1998.  

After he passed away in 2004, Jimi's family took up the Brooks Winery. Now, Jimi’s son Pascal owns the winery, his sister Janie Brooks Heuck runs winery operations, and his longtime friend Chris Williams handles winemaking and vineyard management. In everything they do, the team preserves the vision of the winery’s founder, from their ecological commitments to their vivid, nuanced wines.

This is a blend of  Pinot Noir barrels from the Eola-Amity Hills AVA. Bright notes of pomegranate, red currant, and strawberries, with a touch of cinnamon spice on the finish.
