Bedrock is committed to showcasing California's diverse terroirs through meticulous winemaking. A blend of declassified barrels from a number of vineyards, this wine is dominated by fruit sourced from Nolan Ranch, White Hawk, and Bien Nacido in Santa Barbara County. All lots were fermented with indigenous yeasts and 20-50% whole clusters were included to add perfume and spice.  Aging was done predominately in neutral French oak puncheons and demi-muid in an attempt to make this as purely about the variety as possible.  

Full of dark fruit, this wine is distinctly Syrah, offering richness and depth, with notes of blackberry, smoked meat, and a hint of black pepper.
