TOMORROWS WINE

        $57.99
Country: Italy
Region: Umbria
Type: Red Wine
Grape: Sagrantino della Pianura & Trebbiano Spoletino
Paolo Bea started bottling wine in 1980 and has continued his family's tradition of natural winemaking; not using any chemical or artificial intervention in the vineyard or the winery, observing the phases of the moon and respecting nature above all.
A blend of Sagrantino della Pianura & Trebbiano Spoletino, this dry red is light in both body and color. Cotidie denotes an everyday wine in Latin. The grapes were destemmed, and co-fermented for 13 days, and the wine spent 147 days on the gross lees after racking.
A unique co-ferment that falls somewhere between a dark rose and a light red. The heady spice of Sagrantino still dominates but is tamed by Trebbiano’s lift.
