A blend of Sangiovese, Montepulciano and Merlot from Montefiascone that were destemmed and spent just a few days on skins, before being pressed off to cuve to rest until bottling in spring. Grapes were de-stemmed and spent just a few days on skins, before being pressed off to tanks to rest until bottling the following spring. Farming is organic/biodynamic.

Gentle floral notes, a cascade black and blue berries, and a hint of earth and funk. Serve chilled!
