Due Terre Wines is a collaborative effort between friends focusing on certified orgainc wines made from the indigenous grapes of Italy. All the wines are produced as 100% pure varietals with minimal intervention and wine making in order to allow the characteristics of the grape to shine through.

Catarratto is one of the most important indigenous grapes from the island of Sicily and the most widely planted. It is used in nearly every white blend on the island and produces a consistent, drinkable wine. Due Terre uses the less common biotype called Catarratto Bianco Lucido which is known for making higher quality, elegant wines that are more complex, full of juicy acidity and minerality.
