A new wine from Frank Cornelissen made from Catarratto farmed organically and aged in epoxy containers for about 10 months. A moderate skin fermented wine, not overly complex yet still with character. Light on its feet, but with some grip.

Notes of citrus and honey, with herbal and floral undertones. The palate is lively and fresh, with bright acidity, a touch of salinity, and a long, mineral-driven finish. Patos is slightly savory, both refreshing and complex.
