A combination of some of Gut Oggau's more mature vineyards, 40 year-old vines grown on a mix of limestone, slate, gravel, and sand. Grapes are hand-harvested and partially destemmed; around 1/3 is fermented on skins and the rest is direct press; fermentation takes place in used 500L barrels. It ages for a year in those barrels, before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no additional sulfur.

Light and lively, with great minerality and aromatic notes of dried fruits, citrus rind, pineapple, wild flowers, and white pepper.
