Organic farming. This legendary wine is always produced from 100% old vine Grenache that comes from the sandy soils of the La Guigasse lieu-dit. The vines are old,  ranging from 50 to 100 years of age. The grapes are not destemmed. The wine is aged in 600 liter demi-muids.

Juicy, sharply focused raspberry and bitter cherry flavors show excellent precision and vivacity, along a hint of white pepper. This full-bodied, incredibly silky wine has a vibrant, structured feel and a persistent finish.
