Organic farming. Hand-harvested. The Pineau d’Aunis (10% of the blend) was grown for Robinot by Philippe Tessier in the Touraine. The grapes were fermented as whole bunches before being pressed off to barrel for fifteen months. No added sulfur.

Aromas of wild strawberry and white pepper, with lively fruit, gentle tannin and  refreshing acidity on the palate.
