Patrick Bouju started Domaine La Bohème in 1998 in the village of Glaine-Montaigut in the Auvergne region. He has several small plots of vines around his village, with some vines aging 120 years. Patrick does everything himself, from working the organic vineyards by horse to bottling, labeling, and bookkeeping.

'Mol' is a blend of syrah, grenache, and a couple other red grapes commonly found in the Rhône. It's fresh, herbal, and peppery, a perfect chilled red.
