Certified organic farming. Native yeast. No added sulfur. Whole bunches are crushed by foot in an open vat and macerate 8 to 15 days, the juice is slowly and gently extracted using a manual basket press and the wine ages for just over a year on its lees.

Floral and fresh, with aromas of crushed bright red fruit. On the palate, herbaceous and acid-driven, but with great ripeness and maturity, thanks to the careful harvesting and a long, slow press. Notes of strawberries and pink peppercorns.
