Vincent Paris has become a legend within Cornas, producing highly drinkable wines from his six hectares of organically/biodynamically farmed vines, most of which were inherited from his grandfather. ‘Granit 60’ refers to the soil and age of the vines. Fruit is ⅓ whole cluster fermented and is vinified in a combination of tank/barrel.

Pure notes of cracked pepper, blueberries and raspberries. Full-bodied, lush and smooth, with crushed stones and firm tannins on the finish.
