Pigato is the "twin" of Vermentino. It comes from the Genoa region in Italy, and its name therefore evokes the small spots that appear on the berries when ripe. 

This wine is 100% Vermentino, macerated around 10 days in stainless. Aromas and flavors of stone fruits, with a savory note and refreshing, saline finish.
