Château de Béru, based in Chablis, Burgundy, has been helmed by the Béru family for 400 years. The wines have long been highly regarded, but they reached new acclaim when Athénaïs, the family’s youngest daughter, took the helm in 2004. As a staunch advocate for natural winemaking and sustainable farming, she’s become one of Burgundy's most sought-after winemakers, and her wines just continue to get better every vintage. 

This unoaked Chardonnay is almost too good to come in a can. Medium-weight, clean, floral, and mineral-driven, with a hint of lemony custard cream.
