2016 was a difficult vintage, with the Loire Valley hit by the frost then by an intense mildew pressure during most of the growing season. Mark, Martial and Bruno spent even more in the vineyards to make sure the vines and quality of the grapes would not suffer too much. 

The wine is very dry, with herbal and savory notes including fennel, chamomile, white pepper and saffron. It is creamy and well-balanced, with a lengthy finish.
