JM Sélèque Solessence Brut Nature NV - Lot 16

The "Solessence Nature" comes from fruit grown in 7 villages between the Vallée de la Marne and the Cote des Blancs and is aged for three more years than the Solessence NV for a total of five years on its lees (for the 750mls). Separate alcoholic fermentation of the plots, 90% in steel with malolactic fermentation and 10% in oak barrels without malolactic fermentation. Second fermentation in the bottle according to the methode Champenoise. It is bottled with zero dosage. 

Citrus notes, fresh white fruits, subtle mineral incursions, floral accents and touches of honey and bread crust and an intense body. Generous, soft and mineral, with harmonious balance.
