Champagne Georges Laval is owned and operated by Vincent Laval out of the village of Cumières. His family has roots in the village dating back to before the village was officially even named and has always looked over some of the choicest parcels here. Laval has emerged in recent years from an insider secret to one of the most important of the grower producers in Champagne. 

Made from 100% organically-farmed Chardonnay on the eastern side of the village, this Champagne is proof that this side of Cumières should be Grand Cru. Ample sunshine beating down on these highly chalky soils creates a deep, powerful wine with soaring aromatics, searing minerality and notes of salt, lemon curd, and tangerine peel.
