Christoph Edelbauer pressed his first vintage in 2003, and today the winemaker cultivates 12 hectares of vineyards in Kamp Valley (Kamptal). He processes his grapes at his architecturally sophisticated winery in the middle of the vines in Langenlois, which was completed in 2013. Christoph Edelbauer pays attention to the conscious use of resources in everything he does. He cultivates his vineyards organically, his new building was constructed according to energy-efficient principles and the air conditioning in his cellar is provided by environmentally friendly geothermal collectors. 

Bright and crisp with lively acidity, stone fruit notes and a mineral finish.
