Grapes are pressed without being crushed and the wine is made in the ouillé (topped-off) style showing the freshness that Chardonnay can express in the region. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered, and no sulfur is used in the vinification.

Bright fruit aromas showing notes of citrus, melon and some exotic tinges. Fresh acidity backs up this rich wine, which leads into a long and persistent finish.
