A complex and unique wine made from ripe Grenache Blanc and Grenache Noir from their own vines in Valgrand. The two varieties were picked together and pressed over several days to cuve, where the wine rested on the lies until the following spring. The result is a pale, delicate and savory wine with complex aromas of grapefruit and rose, that falls somewhere between a white and a rosé.
