Vincent Paris has become a legend within Cornas, producing highly drinkable wines from his six hectares of organically/biodynamically farmed vines, most of which were inherited from his grandfather. ‘Vincent’s wines exhibit power, yet possess a determined freshness to them.  

Vineyards are in in the village of Ardoix about 30 km north of Cornas in the central part of the appellation. Fruit farmed organically in granitic soils at 300m in elevation. Vincent prunes to only four bunches of grapes per vine (the norm is between five and seven) for this wine, which concentrates the vines' growing power and cuts down on the need for green harvests. Vinfied 2/3 in barrel and 1/3 in tank, and aged in oak barrels for up to 12 months.

Aromas of vibrant blackberry, cherry and black pepper and smoked meat. Juicy black/blue fruit and allspice flavors on the palate. Fine-grained tannins and a floral, mineral-driven finish.
