Grapes are hand picked and destemmed. The juice macerates on the skins for about 2 weeks and is bottled unfined and unfiltered, with no added sulfur.

Dense purple color, deep aromas of violets, jammy strawberries, pepper and bits of black licorice. Medium-bodied and juicy with persistent acidity, stony minerality, and notes of light black pepper on the finish.
