Winemaker Evan Lewandowski worked at the Binner Estate in Alsace, then returned to Utah with plans to plant a vineyard. In the meantime, he is sourcing organic grapes from vineyards in Mendocino and making pure, vibrant natural wines.

The fruit for Feints is sourced from the beautiful Fox Hill Vineyard in Mendocino. This crazy blend is a co-fermentation of red and white grapes that undergo full carbonic maceration. No additions or subtractions. 

This light red blend of Piemontese grapes is complex, yet always juicy and refreshing. Serve chilled. A staff favorite now and forever.
