Originally from Paris, Marie started making wine after a career in wine publishing. She decided to transition to making wine after being trained by some of the best natural winemakers in Loire Valley, and released her first vintage in 2018. 

Les Passantes is 100% Gamay from two 30-40 year old parcels in Faverolles-sur-Cher. Organic farming. Destemmed and aged in a combination of fiberglass tanks and old barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with no added sulfur. 

Beautifully made and juicy, with a deep core of ripe dark cherry fruit.
