Brothers Romain and Jean-Guillaume come from a wine making family in Aloxe-Corton. In 2009, they created their own domaine, Chapuis Frères. Based in Ladoix-Serrigny, the brothers now also have a side project ‘Chapuis et Chapuis,’ in which they are making natural wines from Burgundy, from both their family organically-farmed vineyards, located throughout the region. They do not use any sulfur, and their wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered.

This is Aligoté from multiple plots in Savigny-lès-Beaune, Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, Pommard and Couchois. Aged in barrels, then bottled after 6 months. Delicate aromas of fresh hay and chalk. On the palate, notes of honeydew, citrus & oyster shell. Clean, bright and minerally, with gentle acidity and a lively finish.
