Ascona Vineyard is an incredibly cool climate vineyard for Syrah. 100% natural fermentation. Organic farming practices. 100% whole cluster fermented before aging on the fine lees in neutral French oak for a year.

This wine is bright and fresh with aromas of cracked pepper, black raspberry and violets. On the palate, this wine has a floral character and a peppery, high-acid balance, with notes of black plum, rosemary, menthol leading into a delicate finish.
