The 2021 Mosse "Bangarang" is 70% Grolleau and 30% Gamay. Certified organic farming. The whole bunches were macerated for a week to extract some color before the juice was transferred to tank for fermentation.

Bright red/garnet color and subtle aromas of raspberry, cherry, violet, citrus and earth. The palate is fresh, with earthy berry fruits, mineral notes and crisp acidity. 11.5% alcohol.
