A blend of equal parts Tsitska and Tsolikouri from Imereti in Western Georgia. This dry amber wine is aged in the traditional qvevri buried in the ground. Named for a beloved local Tamada who passed away, his likeness in featured on the label. 

The grapes are organically farmed, hand-harvested, pressed and a transferred into the traditional Georgian Qvevri, where they undergo a long fermentation using indigenous yeasts. Unfined, unfiltered with no added sulfur.

A medium-bodied, cloudy white, with aromas of beeswax, butter, wheat and preserved lemon. On the palate, bracing acidity, followed by notes of orchard fruits, yellow apples, plums, and citrus peel.
