Grape: Blaufränkisch/Pinot Noir
Organic farming. About a third of all the grapes underwent carbonic maceration and the rest fermented in open vats for a total of five days, and then were pressed before the wine went dry to finish fermentation in sandstone amphora and steel tank. Native yeast fermentation. Minimal sulfur added at bottling.
Red floral aromatics. Fruity, dry and light, bursting with juicy red berries. Delicious with a light chill.
