Type: Red Wine
The grapes are harvested from vineyard located Treiso. The vineyard has a southern exposure with a mix of clay and limestone in the soil. During the alcoholic fermentation, the must remains for approximately 3 weeks in open-top stainless-steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation is done in barriques. The wine is aged for a total of 2.5 years in large oak vats, barriques and steel tanks.
Garnet ruby color, with intense aromas of ripe cherries, tea leaves and rose petals. Firm, ripe tannins, excellent acidity and round structure. This Barbaresco shows incredible finesse with balance, integration and a long, lingering finish.
