Christian Tschida calls this wine ‘pink maceration’. On the cusp of dark rose and light red, it is produced from a light extraction (minimal skin contact).
Refreshing and juicy, with wet stone aromas and notes of tart cranberries, cherries, pomegranate juice, and rhubarb.
