Full carbonic fermentation (18 days on skins) - pressed to tank and settled for 7 months. Native yeast fermentation. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with no added sulfur.
Aromas of lemon gummy bears, candied kumquat, and lemon verbena. On the palate, notes of tart melon, muddled white peach and candied lemon peel.
