The cold and windy Las Brisas Vineyard at the edge of the Carneros appellation produces a Pinot Noir that is all about elegance and delicacy. Whole-cluster pressed, fermented in neutral French oak with native yeast. Aged in neutral French barriques for 3 months before bottling.
This Pinot is bright and perfumed, with aromas of crushed red berries, mint, spice, new leather and cedar, and a long, polished finish.
