A name taken from older generations of winemaking, 'Ripazzo' was born with this wine needing a gentle nudge to finish fermentation.  By adding the previous year's grape skins, this wine was able to ferment dry with native yeasts. It was bottled unfiltered, unfined, with no added sulfur.

Musky aromas, racy acidity and notes of pulpy stone fruit.
