Founded in 2010 by the husband and wife team of Kyle and Savanna Knapp, Press Gang Cellars makes small production natural wines in Santa Barbara County. Kyle is also Head Winemaker for Stolpman Vineyards. Since the beginning, Kyle's focus has been on Grenache, Syrah and Roussanne, all sourced from vineyards in Ballard Canyon, Santa Ynez Valley and Sta. Rita Hills AVA. His fruit is organically farmed, hand-picked, hand-sorted, and fermented using only native yeast.

Dumpster Fire is a blend of red and white grapes, co-fermented and aged 10 months in neutral oak. Light, tart and chillable, with notes of cranberry and pomegranate. Delicate but pronounced tannins, finishing with a bit of dried hibiscus petals.
