Now headed by fourth-generation Rodolphe Peters, Pierre Peters’ Côtes des Blancs- based estate is made up of 18 hectares, all dedicated to Chardonnay, most of which are designated Grand Cru. This is 100% Chardonnay made up of 2018 base, with reserve wine from 1988, 1990, 1993 and 1995 through 2017

A stunning, chalk-rich Champagne from the Côte des Blancs from the family’s parcels in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Cramant, Avize and Oger. Aromas of spring blossoms, oyster mushrooms, brioche and a nuttiness reminiscent of aged Comté. Bright, mineral and lemony, with fine structure and a long finish.
