Partida Creus took over a friend's vineyard of old-vine Bobal in Manchuela, Spain, farming it organically, and vinifying the wine with no added sulfur at all.

This wine is racy, wild, and gulpable, with aromas of strawberries, violets, wild cherry, and black pepper, followed by layered flavors of tart dark cherry, tangy purple plum, and thyme, and a saline finish. Serve lightly chilled.
