They currently farm approximately six acres of vines across several sites on the San Luis Obispo Coast and the Santa Ynez Valley. Outside of the grapes we farm ourselves, they also source from other thoughtfully farmed, coastal-influenced vineyards that span the Central Coast. All of the vineyards they work with are farmed organically at minimum and are located in close proximity to the cold Pacific Ocean.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn the cellar they employ a hands-off approach, utilizing native yeast to carry out fermentations, aging exclusively in old French oak barrels, and bottling without fining or filtration.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe Montaña de Oro blend, which translates to “Mountain of Gold,” brings together three white varietals that come from three distinct central coast vineyards and appellations. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe 2025 Montaña de Oro includes select barrels of Chenin Blanc from Shell Creek (60%), Sauvignon Blanc from Two Wolves (20%), and Chardonnay from Golden Bluff vineyard.
