They currently farm approximately six acres of vines across several sites on the San Luis Obispo Coast and the Santa Ynez Valley. Outside of the grapes we farm ourselves, they also source from other thoughtfully farmed, coastal-influenced vineyards that span the Central Coast. All of the vineyards they work with are farmed organically at minimum and are located in close proximity to the cold Pacific Ocean.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn the cellar they employ a hands-off approach, utilizing native yeast to carry out fermentations, aging exclusively in old French oak barrels, and bottling without fining or filtration.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis Pinot comes from the biodynamically farmed Bassi Vineyard, owned and managed by Mikey \u0026amp; Gina Giugni of Scar of the Sea and Lady of the Sunshine. It delivers a delightful balance of fruit and earth, offering a varietal expression with broad appeal.
