Grape: Syrah/Merlot/Garnatxa Negra/Sumoll
Fruit comes rom a 15 year old vineyard located in Llinars del Vallès, Mas Pellicer, at an altitude of 100 meters and planted on soils with white and pink granite sands. Harvest is performed by hand. Once they arrive at the winery, the Merlot grapes are pressed directly, the Grenache is destemmed and the Syrah is left intact. They are then stomped and left to macerate for 5 days with the skins. The grapes ferment in stainless steel deposits with native yeasts. Once the fermentation has ended, the wine rests on its fine lees for 10 months in the same deposits. It is bottled without fining or filtering and without added sulfur.
A pale, translucent red color. Bright acidity and red fruits. Perfect with a light chill.
