Grape: Garnatxa Blanca/Garnatxa Negra/Jaqué
A new wine in the Bardissots line, made from a vineyard just a few miles north of the winery. Organic farming. Grapes were hand-harvested and skin-macerated whole cluster for 5 days before pressing into fiberglass tank. The wine was co-fermented with wild yeasr and aged on the lees for 10 months before being bottled unfined and unfiltered, with no added sulfur.
Pinkish-red color. Bursting with fresh summer berries, this wine is light and bright, with vibrant acidity.
