Nue Wilde is a new project from our friend Ben Herod, who is sourcing fruit from organic vineyards and making wine in an old-school, low-intervention way. 

The origins of Ribolla Gialla go back to Italy, and in keeping with their traditions Ben ferments his Ribolla partially on the skins. The result is a delicious orange wine that is layered with texture and bursting with flavors of honeyed peach, orange peel, baked apple and a hint of spice. Aged in a combination of neutral oak and stainless steel ensure this wine stays crisp and refreshing.
