Direct-pressed fruit. The Muscadelle spent 6 months in used barrels, the Sauvignon Blanc was in a 25 hectoliter foudre, and the Chenin Blanc in a stainless steel tank on its lees.

Tropical notes of guava and lychee, along with honeydew melon and ripe green apples. There's a hint of sweetness to this wine, but it leads with more of a fresh minerality.  Nice density on the mid-palate, and a prickliness from the acidity that gives the Magic of Ju Ju an even more dynamic tension.
